| AlFateh Football Quintet Tournament |
| Organizing Committee Announces its Slogan and Web Site ...  In Tripoli, last Wednesday at the African Union Hall was the official announcement of the logo of the AlFateh Football Quintet Tournament and start of its web-site.
Six countries take part in this event, they are Brazil, Spain, Guatemala, Iran, Suleiman Islands, and Libya, which will be held from October 5 to 12, 2009.
The contest slogan represents the African content surrounded by the Libyan Desert and a green belt and flags of concerned countries.

| The General Association of the Libyan Football Federation met on 18/19 August 2009, and issued Decree No.66/2009 stating:
Article 1: Football series as follows; First League – Al Fateh cup Tournament – Second League- Third League- Intermediary- Hopefuls- Beginners- Quintet- Women’s Football, and Beach Football.
